Proud parents Beyonce and Jay-Z took their newborn Blue Ivy Carter on her first outing in the Big Apple. Beyonce had baby Blue wrapped in a blanket and was held close to her chest, while Jay-Z stood close. The family was seen heading into Sant Ambroeus Restaurant in the West Village for some lunch.
