Raúl Esparza in the world premiere of “Leap of Faith” which began previews September 11, 2010, at the Center Theatre Group/Ahmanson Theatre. The new musical opens October 3 and continues through October 24. Based on the Steve Martin movie, with a score by Alan Menken, book by Janus Cercone with Glenn Slater, and lyrics by Glenn Slater, “Leap of Faith” is directed and choreographed by Rob Ashford.
