The lack of memory on the part of the entertainment media sometimes astonishes me. Here we are in the age of Google, when anything can be called up in an instant, and sites like Deadline are announcing the news of Lindsay Lohan possibly playing Elizabeth Taylor in a Lifetime movie as if she’d never slipped into one of Liz’s signature slips. Fact is, Lohan has already posed as La Liz, way before her current hot-selling gig on Playboy’s cover. She channeled Taylor on the cover of a 2006 edition of Interview magazine.
