Harlem’s Black Man In Whiteface
Harlem has always been one of the most vital neighborhoods in New York, but every time I’m in the neighborhood these days I start to feel that it’s not “one of” the most vital but the most vital. Among other things, its street performers and provocateurs are the most startling in the city. Watch the above video and you’ll see what I mean.
