Michael Jackson is the perfect celebrity for Halloween. I mean, not only did he love “Thriller” and Vincent Price but Jacko’s face over time got more carved up than a Jack-o-lantern’s. So what better time for Forbes to release its annual Top-Earning Dead Celebrities list, which tells us that, for the second year in a row, Jacko is tops: $170 million and counting.
