Ralph Kramden Endorses Romney
I make it a strictly enforced practice not to watch Republican presidential debates, and I kept the promise last night. I was much more riveted — well, amused — by Chris Christie’s pre-debate endorsement of Mitt Romney for what some online pundits are calling the job of CEO of Failing Empire, Inc. You’d never know from the right-wing bloggers emitting irate assfire (I dedicate the phrase “irate assfire” to my old friend Dee Sushi) that Romney matches up best against Obama. But Christie — what Cabinet job is he angling for? — is canny if nothing else. By the way, I’m sure the comparison has already occurred to others, but isn’t Chris a ringer for Ralph Kramden?
