Liza Heading Off To Nowheresville
Poor Liza Minnelli. She’s at that point in her career where she’ll hop a plane to anywhere — as long as somebody pays for first class. Latest escapade: she’s jetting off to the Vladivostok Film Festival in Russia to pick up a bauble or two. I guess it could be worse. She could be zooming off to the middle of Siberia. Vladivostok is at least on the Pacific Ocean, so Liza won’t be doing the final leg in a reindeer sleigh. And Vladivostok is the home port of the Russian Pacific Fleet. “Sailors” like Liza.
