Who should play a teenage Carrie Bradshaw in the prequel to “Sex and the City”? Gossip Girl Blake Lively is too obvious a choice, although I’m sure the producers would be thrilled to have her. How about Dakota Fanning? She herself is 17; she oozes sophistication. And she has quite a fan base.
