Bridget Jones Musical: Sheridan?
By all accounts, Sheridan Smith (pictured) was socko in the London production of “Legally Blonde.” She’s about to score another plum: the lead role in the musical version of “Bridget Jones,” which is headed for the West End. Lily Allen is writing the music, and Stephen Daldry (“BIlly Elliot”) has been mooted as director. Meanwhile, a third Bridget Jones movie is on the way, so Miss Renee had better start slurping them malteds again.
