Next year is the bicentennial of Dickens’ birth, and projects are clogging the “product” pipeline. There are two “Great Expectations” underway: in one, Helena Bonham Carter stars as Miss Havisham; in the other, Gillian Anderson. Given HBC’s penchant for out-there dress, her casting is rather less a stretch.
