I’m pulverized by this latest news: The so-called “Butter-Cow Lady,†Norma Lyon, whose famous sculptures made out of butter helped propel her to national fame, died Sunday in Iowa. She was 81. The cause of death was a stroke. Not butter-hardened arteries?
