Clinton’s Life To Become Opera
A folk opera, of course. Because how else could you tell the tale of a bubba from small-town Arkansas? But don’t worry: this one won’t feature Renee Fleming as Hillary and Jackie Evancho as little Chelsea. It focuses on Clinton’s teenage years, following the future Prez on a day during the summer of 1959. The title: “Billy Blythe,” a reference to Clinton’s father, Bill Blythe.
