As always with “American Idol,” the best way to have a career is to get booted off. Pia Toscano (pictured), who was (to some) shockingly eliminated earlier this month, has landed an appearance on “Dancing with the Stars” — you know, that show that insists every week on retaining Kirstie Alley.
