19 Snubs In The Oscar Derby
Oh, c’mon! The idea that there were 19 people snubbed by yesterday’s Oscar nominations is ridiculous. I can think of almost 19 nominated people who didn’t deserve their spots in the Hollywood parade. The biggest online gripe concerned Christopher Nolan (pictured) being overlooked for “Inception.” Listen, all you complainers: “Inception,” like the “Matrix” movies before it, contains a kind of non-linear form that may be catnip to the under-30 generation but is often anathema to their parents, or at least their parents who vote in the Oscar derby.
