Dame Judi: “Merchant” Is “Terrible”
“The Merchant of Venice,” starring Al Pacino (pictured), has moved to Broadway. It’s a hot ticket, but if you can’t get seats don’t despair. No matter who’s in this Shakespeare play, it’s still the flawed, irritating “Merchant of Venice.” Don’t take my word for it.
