Bieber’s Against Bullying; Politicians?
Justin Bieber is the latest star to speak out against bullying. I’m glad he did. At the same time, I wish that more people would make the connection between the tormenting of individuals in school around the U.S. and the collective public-policy torment against GLBT folks that is supported by homophobic politicians — many of whom (read: ALL Republicans) were elected on Tuesday.
