Dancers Step It Up At The Tate
In the 29 years since its oil-fired generators shuddered to a final halt, the Turbine Hall in what is now Tate Modern has been many things: the sky to Olafur Eliasson‘s miniature sun, an echo chamber for Bruce Nauman’s sounds – even, courtesy of Doris Salcedo, an earthquake zone. But, now it is acting as something new: what must be London’s biggest dance studio, courtesy of choreographer Michael Clark and his dancers.
