Scorsese Wants Pacino As Sinatra
I must say that Al Pacino as the elder Sinatra in Scorsese’s upcoming biopic about the singer makes a lot more sense than the actor Marty wants as young Frank: the director’s male muse, Leonardo DiCaprio. If Sinatra’s daughter Tina gets her way however — she wants a movie focusing on the music; Scorsese wants the drinking and carousing and Mob ties, too — then I don’t see the point of this movie being made.
