“Robin Hood” To Open Cannes
Universal’s “Robin Hood” — otherwise known as “Gladiator in Sherwood Forest” — has been selected as the opening-night film for the upcoming Festival de Cannes. Flick is directed by Ridley Scott and stars Russell Crowe and Cate Blanchett. The film will screen out of competition May 12, the opening day of the festival, which ends May 23.
