So you think that Andrew Lloyd Webber’s assault on civilization this month was confined to “Love Never Dies,” the “Phantom” sequel that has just opened in London? Hah! Now he and Graham Norton are conducting a reality-TV contest to find a new Dorothy — a role made famous by Judy Garland (pictured) — for a West End production of “The Wizard of Oz.” And you know what? Young hopefuls will line up for days to have a chance.
