“Girl” Trilogy: March Release For DVD
I stopped my life for a day each time I could get my hands on one of Stieg Larsson’s “Girl” trilogy, in order to devour the volumes. Now we learn that the Swedish-language movie versions of the novels will be released in the U.S. on DVD, starting March 19. A Hollywood remake is also in the works, though I doubt it will be as edgy as the Swedish versions, starring Noomi Rapace (pictured), which I’ve seen and enjoyed. I’m sure Hollywood has approached Kristen Stewart to play Noomi’s role.
