Why does society think that animals should be spayed or neutered to control excess population but celebrates women who breed like rabbits? This question arose when I saw back-to-back stories online about the Octo-mom’s brood celebrating their first birthdays and the lieutenant governor of South Carolina being pounced on for his stupidity.
