“Mad Men” Madness Revs Up Again
Oh, it’s been a blissful last couple of months on the TV landscape, what with the absence of “Mad Men” from the airwaves. I have nothing against the show, just the relentless way in which my friends — not to mention every cocktail-wiener-spearing fiend I meet at parties — creams all over the program. But the respite couldn’t last: “Mad Men”‘s costume designer is releasing a style book.
