“An Englishman in New York,” a film about Quentin Crisp (it’s the follow-up to “The Naked Civil Servant”), and starring John Hurt (pictured), is about to be shown on British TV. When will it be given a broadcast or a release in America? FYI: one of the flick’s main characters, Phillip Steele, played by Denis O’Hare, is partly based on LemonWade’s food writer, Tom Steele.
