Levi’s: It Really Is Walt Whitman
I was in love with those Levi’s ads even before I realized I was listening to Walt Whitman’s poem “America.” And to learn that it is Whitman himself reciting the poem (the recording is taken from a 36-second wax cylinder version) is sheer bliss.
