Weirdest Halloween Kiddie Costumes
I don’t know about your town, but New York has been taken over by Halloween stores. Mom-and-pop retailers may be closing right and left, but every time something has closed in the Big Bagel lately, a ghouls-and-goblins outlet takes over. (This used to be the function of Starbucks.) Alas, none of the new stores seems to feature anything as creative as what some attention-starved parents are putting their kiddies in this month.
