Woodstock Musical In The Works
Yep, the Woodstock oldies just keep on coming: Michael Lang, one of the producers of the 1969 Woodstock Music and Art Fair, said that he plans to bring a new show to Broadway that will use elements from his recent memoir, “The Road to Woodstock,†written with Holly George-Warren. Um, did Lang notice that the hit revival of “Hair” has the 60s-sex-and-drugs turf pretty well covered for a while? And that, as Ang Lee just discovered with “Taking Woodstock,” the market for this stuff isn’t bottomless?
