“Project Runway”: The New Kids
I’m a little nervous about the new season of “Project Runway,” whose new contestants are pictured here and whose new season starts airing on Lifetime August 20. Why nervous? Because this edition was filmed in Los Angeles, a place where white jeans are considered cool and women in Silverlake (a neighborhood supposedly stylish) wear belly-baring mini-parkas in winter. Let’s hope for the best for “Project,” one of the consistently watchable reality shows on the tube.
