Filmmaker Describes Chaos In Iran
Academy-Award nominated documentary filmmaker (“Iraq In Fragments”), James Longley, has been working on a film in Iran. Recently contracted by the NY Times to cover the elections, Longley traveled to Tehran. On the day after the elections, Longley was detained and then later released. He describes what happened here. Meanwhile, the image pictured has become an emblem of the demonstrators.
