Exciting Changes To LemonWade

You’ll notice a new feature today on LemonWade: The F Word. It’s located just below Today’s Video. Why call it The F Word? Because it allows us to throw a lasso around some of our favorite things: Food, Fashion, Furnishings, and (for things that don’t fit under those three rubrics) just plain Fun. I’d like to thank Jonathan Soard for designing The F Word’s elegant home-page logo and George Wiel for implementing the changes technically. You’ll also notice that we have a Share This button below each posting. This will make it easier for you to share our content via whatever service you use: Facebook, Twitter, etc. But back to The F Word. It will take us a little time to have all four categories burning full-blast. Meantime, though I’m pleased to say that the Food feature will be, as it were, cooking with gas from right now. Why? Because we are lucky to have the culinary genius that goes by the name Tom Steele to be our main contributor there. In addition to working on his own cookbook, Steele has written “Burgers” with Rebecca Bent (Clarkson Potter, 2004), a collection of gourmet burger recipes, including a dozen provided by such celebrity chefs as Bobby Flay, Bill Telepan, and David Waltuck. He collaborated with chef Patricia Yeo to write Everyday Asian (St. Martin’s Press, 2005), and with chef Jonathan Waxman to create A Great American Cook (Houghton Mifflin, Fall 2007).
