Conan O’Brien‘s first foray as host of the “Tonight Show” must have cost a fortune, what with all the out-of-studio taped bits. But for me the highlight was Will Ferrell, who, when asked about his fellow Tony award nominee Liza Minnelli, responded, “She’s a Communist.” Memo to Will Farrell: Liza’s not a Communist; she’s an Episcopalian.
