“Hung” Man To Debut June 28
HBO has set June 28 as the launch date for its comedy series “Hung.” The series will bow in the 10 p.m. slot behind vampire drama “True Blood,” which returns for its second season on June 14. Starring Thomas Jane (pictured) as a well-endowed man who looks to cash in on his assets, “Hung” will see a 10-episode run. First episode will be 45 minutes long, the others, 30 minutes. Jane Adams and Anne Heche co-star. The pilot was directed by Alexander Payne, who won an Oscar for writing “Sideways” and was nominated for directing “Sideways” and penning “Election.”
