King’s Life To Be Hollywood Biopic
Hot on the heels of the announcement that Frank Sinatra’s life will be turned into a biopic comes the news that another American icon, Martin Luther King, Jr., will be Hollywoodized. Steven Spielberg will produce; no director has been announced. And who should play the slain civil rights leader? I have a feeling that Will Smith — the world’s biggest movie star, and a man who wants an Oscar mighty bad — might be gunning for the part.
