Allison Janney As Desiree?
Terry Teachout, the generally reliable drama critic of the Wall Street Journal, had a better time at “9 to 5” than Ben Brantley did. So much so that Teachout has proposed that Allison Janney (pictured) play Desiree in the upcoming Broadway revival of Sondheim’s “A Little Night Music.” I’ve heard worse suggestions.
