The just-announced biopic “Madoff: Made Off With America” will feature unknown actors, but here are the more A-list suggestions (with photos) to play Bernie and his wife (Dustin Hoffman and Barbra Streisand) as well as the supporting players. Sam Waterston as Walter Noel is especially inspired.
