Tarantino Latest “Idol” Worshiper
Quentin Tarantino (pictured) might be busy finishing his film, “Inglourious Basterds,” but not to busy to but himself in the limelight to promote it. Plus: is anyone really too busy to stop by “American Idol”? The Oscar-winning filmmaker will coach contestants on their movie-themed performances for next Tuesday’s episode, HitFix reports. The whole shebang happens on the five-year anniversary of his guest judge stint for “Movies Night” in season three of the reality show. Tarantino made waves with his excessive praise that night, as he called Fantasia “da bomb,” and claimed Jennifer Hudson could outsing Whitney Houston.
