Vanessa Redgrave Joins Robin Hood
She may have cancelled a performance of “The Year of Magical Thinking” in the wake of her daughter’s (Natasha Richardson’s) death, but Vanessa Redgrave isn’t about to stop working. She’s joining the cast of director Ridley Scott’s untitled Robin Hood project, starring Russell Crowe, which is beginning production in the U.K. Redgrave will play Queen Eleanor of Aquitaine, mother of King John, portrayed by Oscar Isaacs.
