America: The Way We Are Now
Sometimes, amidst the garish noise of a tabloid cover, is something noble. Such is the Patrick Swayze shown in this image. Too bad he has to share space with Octo-mom and Oprah/Gayle. (Except for Bernie Madoff, the gang’s all here.) If an extra-terrestrial landed on Earth today and saw this cover, what would it think of our civilization? Or, rather, “civilization.”
