“Moon” Comes Out In Pittsburgh
I’ve been following Thom Thomas‘s new play, “A Moon To Dance By,” since I saw a reading of it in 2007 at Primary Stages in New York. It’s a story involving Frieda Lawrence, and tonight it has the first preview of its production at the Pittsburgh Playhouse. Pictured are the leads, Gareth Saxe, Jane Alexander, and Robert Cuccioli. Here’s a feature story about Alexander and her husband, Edwin Sherin, who’s directing the show. The play had its world premiere at Indiana’s New Harmony Theatre in 2005.
