Writer Irvine Welsh, who wrote “Trainspotting,” the story that brought Danny “Slumdog” Boyle to world attention, is himself becoming a filmmaker. Welsh’s full-length directorial debut is “Good Arrows,” a “Spinal Tap”-style mockumentary set amid the bright lights and straining polyester of the South Wales darts scene.
