White House Becoming “Friends”?
It’s wonderful that Michelle Obama is making style choices that highlight American brands, but, c’mon, Pottery Barn? That’s the brand that has been chosen for re-decorating parts of the White House. Quality and expense are not necessarily synonymous, but frankly I’d prefer that America’s premiere home showcase the supreme craftsmanship of a Duncan Phyfe (one of his side chairs is pictured) rather than a brand joked about on “Friends.”
