Golden Globe Trivia of the Day
Kate Winslet won a Golden Globe last night for Best Actress/Drama (“Rev Road”) and for Best Supporting Actress (“The Reader”). Who’s accomplished a similar feat? Sigourney Weaver (pictured), who won best actress for “Gorillas in the Mist†and best supporting actress for “Working Girl†in 1989; Joan Plowright, who won best supporting actress for the movie “Enchanted April†and for the television miniseries “Stalin†in 1993; and Helen Mirren, who won the royal double two years ago: Best Actress/Movie Drama for “The Queen” and Best Actress/TV Miniseries for “Elizabeth I.”
