“Australia” Premieres in Sydney
Frankly, my dear, if you were re-casting “Gone with the Wind” in 2008 you could do much worse than select Hugh Jackman and Nicole Kidman (pictured). Why, then, is the Down Under version of a nation’s historical epic, in this case a new movie called “Australia,” so likely to disappoint people who don’t have a jingo-istic (dingo-istic?) appreciation for all things Aussie?
