Super-Heroes Gather in San Diego
Earlier this year, I went to the east-coast version of Comic-Con — the convention for obsessives of all things comic-book related — and I came away persuaded that this gathering is a ground zero of pop culture at any given moment. The Big Kahuna of this event is the West Coast version in San Diego, which takes place next week. Wish I could be there.
