The Movie About Lennon’s Killer
Because I happened to be standing just across the street from the Dakota apartment building on that night in December 1980 that John Lennon was shot, I’ve always had a fascination with anything that comes out relating to the murder. The latest installment is “Chapter 27,” a movie about the killer that was filmed two years ago but that is only now moving toward release. It stars a pounds-packing Jared Leto and Lindsay Lohan back in her pre-everything teenage years. Here’s the trailer.
