“South Pacific” Casting News?
Internet gossip sites are reporting — and these reports await official confirmation — that the upcoming first-ever-Broadway revival of “South Pacific,” at Lincoln Center Theatre, will feature Danny Burstein in the role of Luther Billis. Burstein, who was an audience favorite as the Latin lover in “The Drowsy Chaperone,” would join “South Pacific” leads Kelli O’Hara and Paulo Szot in the beloved Rodgers & Hammerstein show set during World War Two.
